The Paul Robeson Campus Center is the heart of student life at Rutgers–Newark and a central hub for campus events. With flexible meeting rooms, lounges, and performance spaces, PRCC is ideal for conferences, lectures, celebrations, and community programs.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hall blends historic architecture with versatile event spaces, including the iconic Great Hall and the intimate jazz space Clement’s Place. From performances to ceremonies, RBG Hall offers a memorable setting for signature events in Newark.
Express Newark is a collaborative arts and media hub featuring studios, galleries, and creative spaces for performances, workshops, and exhibitions. It’s a vibrant destination where the Rutgers–Newark community and local artists come together to create and engage.
Clement’s Place is an intimate jazz and performance space located inside Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hall. Known for its warm atmosphere and exceptional performers, it’s the perfect setting for concerts, readings, small gatherings, and creative programs.
Home to the Honors Living-Learning Community (HLLC), 48 New Street offers flexible, community-centered spaces that support academic enrichment, cultural programming, and collaborative learning. These spaces bring students, faculty, and partners together for workshops, conversations, and engagement across the Newark campus.
Academic Spaces include classrooms, lecture halls, and specialized learning environments across the Rutgers–Newark campus available for eligible events. These spaces are ideal for meetings, trainings, workshops, and academically focused programs.
Located at 350 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, the Paul Robeson Campus Center is our primary event hub with multiple meeting rooms, lounges, and multipurpose spaces for student, departmental, and community programs.
Located at 15 Washington Street, Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hall offers distinctive event settings including the Great Hall, Clement’s Place, and additional spaces for ceremonies, performances, and receptions.
Located in the Hahne & Co. Building at 54 Halsey Street, Express Newark features studios, galleries, and creative spaces designed for workshops, exhibitions, and arts-based programming.
Located inside Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hall at 15 Washington Street, Clement’s Place is an intimate venue ideal for jazz performances, readings, and small-scale cultural events.
Located at 123 Washington Street, the Innovation Hub is a collaborative fintech and entrepreneurship space operated through the Rutgers–Newark and Fiserv partnership.
Located at 48 New Street, this building houses the Honors Living-Learning Community and features flexible academic and engagement areas used for workshops, programs, and events.

From setup to security, ECS ensures your event details are handled with care.
In our primary event facilities, ECS provides on-site staff, room setup, and coordination to support your program.
While on-site operations for partner spaces are handled by the host department, ECS coordinates reservation processing and planning support.
