About the Robeson Food Court
The Food Court is a shared dining space located within the Paul Robeson Campus Center. The space may be reserved for approved events outside of standard dining operations.
During the academic semester, the Food Court is not reservable on weekdays. Limited availability may be considered during academic breaks and on weekends, subject to operational approval.
All reservations are coordinated through Events & Conference Services (ECS), with required approval from Gourmet Dining Services (GDS).
What to Know Before You Book
The Robeson Food Court serves as the primary campus dining location during the academic year and is generally available for reservation only during summer and winter break periods, if dining operations permit.
The existing dining furniture remains in place for most events. Requests to remove or reconfigure furniture are generally not approved.

- Setup and breakdown are completed by the ECS Operations Crew
- Same-day layout changes may result in additional staffing and equipment charges

- Space must be restored to standard dining configuration following the event
- Walkways and food service areas must remain clear
