About Bergen Central 256

Bergen Central 256 is the center section of the Bergen Room on the second floor of the Paul Robeson Campus Center. It may be reserved independently or combined with Bergen West 255, Bergen East 257, or both to create larger event spaces. When all three sections are reserved together, they form Bergen Room All.

What to Know Before You Book

Bergen Central 256 may be reserved independently while adjacent Bergen sections are in use. Because the rooms are separated by movable airwalls, some sound transfer may occur depending on the event type and volume levels.

  ECS tables do not include linens; linens may be rented separately.

- Layout finalized during the planning process
- Setup and breakdown are completed by the ECS Operations Crew
- Same-day layout changes may result in additional staffing and equipment charges
- Airwall positions cannot be changed once the reservation begins
