Its open layout and informal atmosphere make it a strong choice for events that prioritize conversation, connection, and flexibility over formal seating.

Clement's Place is well suited for receptions, performances, and informal gatherings that benefit from flexible seating and a welcoming atmosphere.
Use of Clement's Place requires approval from both Events & Conference Services (ECS) and the Institute of Jazz Studies (IJS). ECS coordinates the approval process during event planning.
Because of its layout and fixed features, the space is not suitable for banquet-style seating or large-scale events.

- Same-day layout changes may result in additional staffing and equipment charges

- Equipment may not block the rear hallway or emergency exit
- Space is not appropriate for banquet-style seating or large-scale events
