Seminar 203 is a fixed-layout conference room designed for small meetings and executive discussions. Located on the second floor of Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hall, the space includes a permanent conference table with seating for up to 10 participants.

The room features natural light and a focused, private setting appropriate for strategic meetings, committee work, interviews, and planning sessions.

What to Know Before You Book

Seminar 203 has a fixed boardroom layout and cannot be reconfigured.

The room does not include built-in audiovisual equipment. Portable presentation equipment may be requested during the planning process if needed.

    The room does not support alternate seating configurations.

    • Furniture may not be rearranged or removed
    • Setup and breakdown are limited to minor adjustments
    • Seminar 203 is occasionally used to support events on the second floor of Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hall
    • Located adjacent to the second-floor catering kitchen, the room is commonly used for catering support, coffee service, event operations, and other event-related functions
    • The adjacent catering kitchen includes commercial coffee equipment owned and operated by Gourmet Dining Services (GDS). This equipment is not available for general event use
    • Availability for independent reservations may be limited when supporting large-scale programs
