What to Expect After You Submit
Once your request is submitted, our team partners with you through every step — from your initial form to a ready-to-go event space.

Start your reservation in the ECS Reservations Portal (EMS). Tell us as much as you can about your event — setup, AV, catering, and timing — so our team can match the right space and support to your needs.
Please submit reservation requests at least 10 business days in advance. Some event aspects such as alcohol, requiring external rentals, minors in attendance, or permit requirements may increase the time needed for event processing. Additionally, specialty spaces may require up to 45 days' notice for new bookings.

Our reservations team reviews your request, checks availability, and verifies that your event meets scheduling and policy requirements. Within two business days, we’ll send you an On-Hold or Quote document, along with any follow-up questions we may have. You’ll also be introduced to your assigned salesperson, who will help guide your event from this point forward.

Your assigned salesperson will work with you to finalize event details — including setup, AV, staffing needs, and any required approvals. Once everything is approved, you’ll receive an official confirmation so you can plan with confidence.

When your big day arrives, our operations crew will have your space ready and waiting. From setup through teardown, ECS staff are nearby and available if you need assistance.
