Tablings at PRCC & the Norman Samuel's Plaza
PRCC & Norman Samuels Plaza (NSP) Tablings provide designated locations for outreach, information tables, and promotional activities. Tablings may be reserved indoors on Student Street or outdoors on Norman Samuels Plaza, depending on your event needs. This page outlines what is included with a tabling reservation and highlights key differences between the two locations.
Tabling Details

- Located on the first floor of the Paul Robeson Campus Center in front of the On the RUN Market
- Six numbered tabling slots (1–6)
- Tabling slots are reserved through ECS and are not available for free use
- Groups must remain at their assigned tabling location
- To reserve the entire area, select Student Street (All) during the reservation process
- Tables and chairs may not be moved by event groups

- Located on Norman Samuels Plaza immediately outside the main entrance to the Paul Robeson Campus Center

- Outdoor tablings are placed rain or shine. ECS cannot guarantee indoor accommodations due to inclement weather

- Tabling reservations must be made through ECS in advance
- ECS sets up all tables and chairs prior to the reservation
- Each reservation includes signage identifying the assigned organization
- Event groups are responsible for removing all materials and disposing of trash before departure
