The PRCC Art Gallery is a distinctive, double-height exhibition space located within the Paul Robeson Campus Center. Designed primarily for curated art exhibitions and arts-based programming, the space also supports receptions, lectures, classroom-style events, and other mission-aligned cultural programs.
With elevated windows that provide natural light and a flexible open layout, the PRCC Art Gallery offers a unique setting for creative gatherings and special events.
All reservations for the PRCC Art Gallery must be coordinated through Gallery staff. Once approved, Events & Conference Services (ECS) provides operational support for the event.
What to Know Before You Book
All reservations for the PRCC Art Gallery must be approved by Art Gallery staff prior to confirmation. ECS cannot approve reservations or provide access to the Gallery without Gallery approval.
Once approved, the Gallery contracts Events & Conference Services (ECS) to provide setup and operational support.
Gallery staff must be present throughout setup, the event, and breakdown. Event schedules must be coordinated around Gallery staff availability.

- Limited portable A/V equipment is available upon request

- Existing gallery furnishings remain in place unless otherwise approved
- Podium available upon request
- Layout is finalized during the planning process
- Setup and breakdown are completed by the ECS Operations Crew
- Same-day layout changes may result in additional staffing and equipment charges

- Gallery staff must be present during setup, events, and breakdown
- Physical access to the Gallery is controlled exclusively by Gallery staff
- Artwork may not be touched, moved, or covered
- Decorations and event activities must not damage artwork or gallery surfaces
